Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM (ET) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.


2. Shipping Origin & Manufacturing Information

All orders are shipped from our United States warehouse for fast and reliable delivery.

Products are manufactured in China and quality-checked before being shipped from our US fulfillment center.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Order Processing: 1–3 business days

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days after dispatch

Estimated Total Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 4–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier operations, and holiday seasons.


4. Domestic Shipping (United States)

🚚 Standard Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $50 USD
  • Orders under $50 USD: $4.00 shipping fee
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch

⚡ Expedited Shipping

  • Available for orders over $70 USD
  • $8.00 expedited shipping fee
  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to certain remote or restricted regions.

If your address is not supported, you will be notified at checkout.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


7. Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver within estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs inspections (international orders)
  • Peak holiday seasons

Kurivo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.


8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.

Kurivo is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Undeliverable packages due to customer input errors

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found:

  • Please check with neighbors or local carriers first.
  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery status.

We will assist in investigating the issue with the shipping carrier.
